· Royal Essence Candles prices are subject to change without prior notice and all orders shall be invoiced at the prices at the time order is received.
· Sales tax will be added to the invoice where required unless a valid exemption certificate is provided.
· No refunds of sales tax can be made after shipment.

· Orders can be placed at, or fax at 281-864-7265. You may also call 877-977-0956, Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. Central Time, please leave a message if no answer as we may be pouring up some awesome fragrances. We will call you back (note, our # does not register on caller I.D.s).
· We accept all major credit cards; Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express. Payment may also be submitted via PayPal.

Minimum Orders
· Wholesale & Party Member orders must meet a $100.00 minimum order.

· Damages due to shipping must be immediately reported to the carrier.
· All damages or shortages must be reported within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
· Credit or replacement will be issued for damaged shipments once paperwork from carrier is received.

Payment and Payment Terms
· Payment is due prior to order being produced.

Shipping Policies
Royal Essence Candles typically utilizes UPS Standard Ground delivery, therefore it is imperative that we have an actual physical address for delivery.
If you prefer another shipping service, please contact us to place your order.
· Due to the fact that Royal Essence is a "custom" manufacturing house & maintains no candle product inventory, please permit enough time for your items to be created. We will notify at time order is received as to the approximate time for your order to be processed. Typical processing time is between 5 - 7 days, but may be a bit longer during peak seasons.
· Shipping charges are calculated by UPS.

Refused Shipments
· On refused shipments, the shipping charges to ship and return the shipment plus a 15% restocking fee will be assessed to your account.

Refund/Returns Policies
· If you are unhappy with any of our products, please email us to let us know. We will provide return information and process a refund once we receive the item back. If it is a problem with the product, we will pay to have it returned. If you just changed your mind, the item will need to be returned at your expense and we will provide a refund for the product minus a 15% restocking fee.
· Candles that have been lit or melted are not eligible for a refund.
